Low
Viscosity Ultra-Violet Curing Inks are available in a viscosity
range of 400 to 600 cps. At
this low viscosity, the Inks release from the Anilox cells much
easier. The low viscosity release will yield results of a stronger
color and more ease of using enclosed chamber doctor blades.
Application:
Flexographic or Rotogravure: Using a CO2 or yag engraving Anilox, printing can be achieved with an 800 to 1600-line Anilox. The ink is designed for high speed printing; up to 800 feet per minute.
Low Viscosity Ultra-Violet Curing Inks are available in 14 Basic
Colors to print thousands of colors.
